The bonus
Every night each tech gets a score out of 100. Tap your name in the tabs above (or on your card) to see your full breakdown. Score — or more and you made your bonus for that night.
How the score is worked out
Each KPI below is worth points. You get the share of those points that matches the share of your jobs that passed it. Example: a video closeout on 4 of 5 jobs earns 80% of the video points.
The total is scaled to 100, so adding or removing a KPI never moves the bonus line.

Not reviewed
If a cell in the Masterfile is blank, that check hasn't been reviewed yet. It is left out of your score instead of counting against you, and shows as an empty square on your card. Once the office fills it in, the next morning's refresh picks it up.
Reading your card
- The big number is your score. The bar shows how close you are to the bonus line.
- Each row is a KPI, with one square per job: green passed, red missed, empty not reviewed.
- What cost points lists exactly which job lost you which points.
